Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Striking Tiger Media. This policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges are available. Payments are processed through Square; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Custom & made-to-order items

Custom apparel, custom merch, custom graphics, music production, and video production are made to order based on your specifications and are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded except in the cases below:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Wrong item shipped. If we shipped the wrong product, size, or design, we will replace it at no cost.
  • Approval-stage creative work. Before production begins, you may cancel a custom creative project for a refund of any unstarted work. Time already spent on concepts, drafts, or revisions is non-refundable.

Stock / non-custom items

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged stock items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Original receipt or order number is required.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Digital products & downloads

Digital files (graphics, audio, video deliverables) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and may include a fee for work already completed.

Damaged or lost shipments

  • Inspect your order on arrival. Report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • For lost packages, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. We will replace or refund confirmed-lost orders.

How to request a return or refund

Email orders@strikingtigermedia.biz with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return or refund
  • Photos (for defects, wrong items, or shipping damage)

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be refunded.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Square. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of future orders.
