Welcome to Striking Tiger Media ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the "Let's Roar" mobile app, and any related services, products, or content (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enter these Terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@strikingtigermedia.biz of any unauthorized use.

Orders, pricing & payment

• All purchases are processed by Square. By placing an order you authorize Square to charge your selected payment method.
• Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items).
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

Custom & creative services

Custom apparel, merch, graphics, music, and video work is produced to your specifications. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs. Once production begins, custom work cannot be cancelled or refunded except as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property

• The Service, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by Striking Tiger Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without written permission.
• For custom work: you warrant that any content you provide (logos, art, lyrics, footage, names, likenesses) is owned by you or properly licensed, and you grant us a license to use it solely to deliver your order. You will own the final deliverables upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and underlying processes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Submit content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service.

Mobile app & notifications

The "Let's Roar" app may send push notifications via OneSignal. You can disable them in your device settings at any time. App Store and Google Play terms also apply to your use of the app.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third parties (Square, OneSignal, social platforms, hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striking Tiger Media and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Striking Tiger Media from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Striking Tiger Media is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
